YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently identifying and evaluating new lending opportunities in the European fintech and startup scene
• Building new business relationships and long‑term partnerships with our clients (regardless of their stage of growth, from early stage to unicorn status)
• Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (securitizations and other structured finance transactions)
• Analyzing and evaluating transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients
• Preparing internal and external decision‑making documents, such as LOIs, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and providing comprehensive support throughout the approval and client onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of experience in corporate client management or structuring departments in banks or law firms
• Strong interest in start‑ups and the European FinTech landscape
• Analytical thinking and fundamental knowledge of credit products and structured credit products (securitizations)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self‑motivation
• Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long‑term customer relationships
• Highly customer‑oriented with a hands‑on mentality – our solutions for customers are tailor‑made
