As an experienced expert in the field of leasing- and factoring-institute , you will identify opportunities, build sustainable partnerships in Germany and Austria, and work with your network to design forward‑looking financial structures—from securitizations to complex credit transactions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently identifying and evaluating new lending opportunities in the Leasing‑and Factoring‑market in GER and AT


• Building new business relationships and long‑term partnerships with Leasing‑and Factoring‑Institutes in Germany


• Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (securitizations and other structured finance transactions)


• Analyzing and evaluating transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients


• Preparing internal and external decision‑making documents, such as LOIs, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and providing comprehensive support throughout the approval and client onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of experience in financing Leasing‑and Factoring‑Institutes


• Strong interest in Leasing‑and Factoring‑market


• Analytical thinking and fundamental knowledge of credit products and structured credit products (securitizations)


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English


• Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self‑motivation


• Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long‑term customer relationships
