IMPORTANT TASKS

Main tasks (supporting or independently, taking into account your professional experience):

• Individual customer-specific advice and support for existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers in the strategically defined target markets
• Goal- and result-oriented analysis of the relevant market and customer potential as well as ensuring and expanding customer relationships with the assigned customers
• Analysis, structuring and negotiation of complex commercial and residential real estate financing in Germany
• Efficient and process-oriented collaboration throughout the entire transaction process, including close integration in the deal team with the back office units
• Competent contact person for customers and business partners

BEST PRECONDITIONS

• Degree in economics or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in supporting and acquiring commercial real estate customers with a focus on project developers, property developers and investors
• Strong ability to analyze, structure and negotiate complex economic and legal issues
• Profound or expandable market knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate lending business (corresponding to professional experience)
• A confident and professional demeanor towards customers and an independent way of working
• Negotiation and conclusion security
• Entrepreneurial, cross-departmental and team-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high sense of responsibility
• A plus - very good knowledge of spoken and written English
