Your tasks
- Lead planning and implementation of Software Development Projects
- Facilitate the definition of project mission, goals, targets, milestones and resource requirements
- Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects and functional areas
- Monitor the progress, identify risks and manage mitigation actions
- Coordinate set of plans to meet the goals and priorities
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements within the project scope
- Manage the Project Core Team (PCT) and contribute to developing and improving policies, standards and evaluation standards
- Align with Program Manager and Product Management to manage Change Requests towards specification and scope of the project
- Conduct mandatory design review meetings
You bring along
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- 5+ years of strong and tested project management skills including risk management
- Experience in Software Development and Software Development Process
- Good English knowledge (B2 Niveau)
- Experience with Agile Methodologies for Software Development
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
