    Remote-Stelle für Fitnessökonom*innen im Vertrieb für digitale Rehabilitation (m/w/d)

    Join our digital team at KNIEATHLETICS if you have studied fitness economics or health management and want more than just managing processes or creating training plans.

    We support people with knee injuries on their way back to an active, capable life through high-quality digital coaching that combines individual care, diagnostics, and targeted training.

    We are looking for structured, communicative fitness economists who think analytically, recognize potential, and want to grow with us, in our customer analysis department.

    Your Role: Initial Contact & Structured Needs Analysis (including Knee Analysis)

    In this role, you will conduct conversations with new prospects, clarify their individual situations, and decide if our coaching program is suitable for them. A key part of your work is the Knee Analysis : a structured assessment of the current state, analyzing complaints, functional limitations, training history, goals, and willingness to change.

    Your Tasks at a Glance:

    • Telephone initial discussions with interested parties
    • Conduct the Knee Analysis as a systematic needs assessment
    • Identify potential and suitability for coaching
    • Decide: qualify or disqualify for further consultation
    • Coordinate and hand over to our consulting team
    • Documentation & preparation of conversations in close collaboration with management

    Your Perspective: Advancement to Personal Consultation with Responsibility

    Successful candidates can take the next step: in advanced consulting, you will present our care concept, discuss goals, objections, decision processes, and accompany prospects until closing. This role offers significantly higher financial rewards but requires confident, structured, and empathetic needs analysis. Performance first, then the next level.
