Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH, a company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg-Moorfleet, is looking for energetic people who will ensure that wishes come true throughout the EMEA region. Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with high sustainability standards, fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are diverse: about 240 employees with over 40 nationalities give special moments to countless customers every day.

For our distribution center in Hamburg-Moorfleet, we are hiring for the B2B customer experience function:

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls, delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times.
• You handle and resolve inquiries professionally, following established policies in different languages.
• You support communications with our Distribution Center functions to ensure prompt and accurate information sharing with all relevant teams.
• You can work independently while maintaining a strong team ethos with a can-do attitude.
• You understand the processes and customers’ needs of the markets in support, and adapt these to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What we DREAM of:

• You have experience in a customer-facing role (virtual or in-person) – an advantage.
• You show high motivation and engagement.
• You are a native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and verbal).
• Speaking Italian at near-native level is a plus.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You demonstrate resilience under stress and good teamwork.
• You are reliable with a can-do attitude.
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Zendesk or SFSC is desirable; knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.
