The B2C Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to retail customers via phone, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining service quality, supporting process improvements, and handling eCommerce escalations and warehouse returns. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and support team goals by adapting to customer needs.
