🚀 Social Media Marketing Manager (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to help launch and grow our brand. The role is focused on lead generation, paid campaigns, and content marketing across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.




🔑 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to generate leads and conversions.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (reels, stories, posts).
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar for content creation.
• Track performance through analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
• Provide regular reports with insights and growth suggestions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and growth hacks in social media.



🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram growth strategies.
• Experience with content creation and community management.
• Ability to deliver measurable results (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Creative mindset with data-driven approach.



💼 Project Scope

• Startup launch in Sept 2025.
• Initial 3-month contract (with possibility of extension).
• Remote work, flexible hours.
