We are seeking researchers to join our international project focused on GIS and the automotive industry.

Work schedule: Standard for the EU.

Team: International and distributed across various countries.

Travel: May require field trips to validate ground truth sources.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on automotive industry trends (e.g., EVCS speed limits, ADAS speed limits, signs, road types).
• Collaborate with the policy team to develop country-specific policies.
• Perform Meta QC and random checks to identify quality issues.
• Create country-specific quality metrics.
• Serve as the country owner for internal queries related to the country.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of research experience in auto industry, multimodal transport, roads, or highways planning.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies.
• Good local knowledge.
• Ability to manage research across 5-6 countries within EMEA.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages relevant to EMEA are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting research findings.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into reports and presentations.
