RevOps Specialist Job Description
About Us
Chekin.com is redefining the guest check-in process with the most comprehensive automation software in the industry—from booking confirmation to check-out. As we scale rapidly across international markets, we're looking for talented professionals to join our collaborative, high-growth team.
Role:
We’re hiring a full-time RevOps Specialist to help us transform data into insight, action, and automation. This role is ideal for a full-stack data professional passionate about enabling marketing, sales, and product teams with powerful data infrastructure, automation, and analytics.
You will design and own end-to-end marketing data pipelines, orchestrate RevOps automations using tools like Make.com, and support decision-making with clear and actionable dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture: Build and scale data infrastructure across tools like BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, ensuring reliable ingestion, modeling (e.g., dbt), and storage.
- Analytics & Insights: Define and calculate marketing/sales KPIs such as LTV/CAC, attribution, funnels, cohorts, and turn them into insights for growth and optimization.
- Dashboards: Design compelling visual dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for different teams—Marketing, Product, Finance.
- RevOps Automation: Use tools like Make.com, n8n, Python to automate CRM workflows, AI-powered lead scoring, and data sync across platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Facebook Ads).
- Web & Product Analytics: Implement and manage Google Analytics 4, including server-side tagging and real-time dashboards.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal to support rapid experiments and compliance (e.g., GDPR-ready data pipelines).
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- Strong command of SQL, cloud databases (BigQuery preferred), and modern ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte)
- Familiar with dbt and modular data modeling
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, including custom workflows
- Hands-on with Make.com, n8n, and optionally Python for AI-driven automation
- Experience with web analytics and marketing data across multiple channels
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to tell a story with data
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment
- Bias toward outcomes over tasks, fast iteration, and experimentation
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to ambiguity
Experience
3+ years in a similar data or RevOps role, ideally in SaaS, B2B/B2C, or high-growth environments
Proven success in supporting marketing, sales, or product with data-led decisions and automations
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
Fluent or professional English required (written and spoken)
