Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Process Simulate Engineer– Mechanical Kinematics with deep expertise in Siemens Process Simulate ((Version 2307 and 2502)) to lead simulation, validation, and visualization activities for mechanical actuators and robotic systems. The ideal candidate will bring over 4+ years of proven experience in digital manufacturing and kinematic simulation, with a strong ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.



Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end simulation and validation of mechanical kinematics using Process Simulate.
• Develop and validate motion studies for mechanical actuators and robotic systems.
• Drive visualization and digital twin initiatives to support design and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, controls, and manufacturing.
• Review and optimize simulation models for accuracy and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 5 simulation engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery of simulation outputs aligned with project milestones.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders; German language skills are a plus.




Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical simulation and kinematics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Siemens Process Simulate (Version 2307 and 2502)
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, actuators, and motion control.
• Proven track record of leading simulation projects in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
