Your Role
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives both in building cutting-edge robotics systems and in showcasing them to the world.

You will:
• Develop and integrate robotics systems using ROS, embedded software, and AI tools.
• Support technical marketing efforts: product documentation, benchmarks, visual assets, and trade fair demos.
• Contribute to operations: inventory planning, production tracking, and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate on testing, product improvements, and support tasks.
• Represent Olive Robotics at events, demos, and online showcases.
• Bring fresh ideas to help scale our reach, processes, and impact.


Your Profile

• Experience with robotics systems, sensors, AI, and automation
• Strong skills in C++, Python, ROS, Linux-based systems
• Analytical mindset for performance testing & system optimization
• Hands-on builder with hardware-software integration know-how
• Strong communicator, confident in explaining complex tech clearly
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in German (mandatory), professional level English
• Degree in Robotics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar


Nice to Have

• Experience with content creation (image, video, CAD, rendering)
• Familiarity with PCB/PCBA design and embedded Linux
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools or campaign platforms
• Experience with early-stage products or prototypes
