• You will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems, including comprehensive documentation.
• You will be responsible for managing internal automation projects – from needs analysis and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• You will work closely with our internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our internal automation strategies and explore new, innovative approaches to digitizing our business processes.

Required

• You have practical experience in software development, systems support, and process automation, particularly in using RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• You have in-depth knowledge of implementing automation solutions as well as practical experience in process management and process optimization.
• Your mindset is analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented.
• Teamwork is important to you, and you identify with our company's values : collaboration, personal responsibility, and performance.
• Very good written and spoken German skills (C1) are a given for you.
