Overview

Claims Specialist Motor Liability (m/f/d) – Verisk, Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Looking for more than paperwork? With us, you take full responsibility for handling motor liability claims from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients – combining expertise with empathy and keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of motor liability claims and handle them independently until closure
Be the main contact person for our clients, offering support and guidance
Manage client communication in writing

Qualifications

Completed training as Insurance and Finance Clerk or Insurance Specialist (or equivalent)
Initial experience in handling property and/or personal claims
Curiosity and motivation to take on varied tasks
Empathy, responsibility, and strong customer focus
Fluent German skills
