We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support our Marketing and Development Technology teams.

The Etex Building Performance GmbH is represented in Germany at 4 locations. With our brands Promat and Siniat, we are one of the leading providers of innovative solutions in technical fire protection and dry construction.

We are looking for a team player who can ensure the smooth operation of our Marketing and Development Technology teams and manage financial and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders, invoices, and quotes for Marketing & Development Technology
• SAP workflow management, including creditor creation, goods receipt booking, and communication with the accounting department in Lithuania
• Organization and tracking of technical tests, marketing events, and material procurement for both brands
• Coordination of brochure projects with the Product Management and Technical Content teams
• Budget monitoring, including order numbers and codes, invoice checking, and list creation
• Maintenance of the internal web shop, including material procurement and planning and design of advertising materials
• Administrative support, including filing, archiving, and norm and print management
• Process optimization, bringing your ideas to continuously improve workflows

We are looking for:

• A careful and structured person with a pleasant demeanor, who enjoys working behind the scenes
• A completed commercial training (e.g., in accounting) or equivalent work experience
• Experience in invoice processing and checking, as well as good numerical understanding
• SAP knowledge and the ability to efficiently manage workflows
• A basic technical understanding or the willingness to learn new topics
• Good communication skills and the ability to obtain information from various contacts
• A solution-oriented, reliable, and thoughtful way of working that noticeably relieves the team
• Availability: Full-time preferred, part-time possible by arrangement
