We provide a comprehensive platform for financial service providers, including independent investment advisors and insurance brokers, under the brand finfire, enabling full and legal transaction processing in finance and insurance sectors. With around 300 employees, we support our clients with product knowledge, IT, regulatory compliance, and process management, serving over 4,800 independent financial advisors and insurance brokers across Germany.

We are looking to strengthen our team in contract processing/insurance. The position is available immediately or by arrangement, based in Hamburg, and offered as a permanent part-time role (20 hours/week) with options for hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

• Manually process transactions not recognized by automated systems
• Review and assign contract documents within our software
• Update and verify contract and customer data
• Communicate with internal departments
• Assist in expanding workflows and looking beyond current processes
