About the Venue

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC) announces the upcoming venture at the waterfront of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier – the spectacular Elemente Restaurant and AirBar 13. Located within the Westfield development on the riverbanks of the Elbe, Elemente is the first South American Restaurant & Bar, inspired by fire, water, wind, and earth, and offers a culinary journey through South America with fresh ingredients and bold flavours. On the 13th floor of the adjacent building RHC launches Air Bar 13 with 360‑degree panoramic views of the Elbe, the port, HafenCity, and Hamburg’s city centre. The restaurant complex covers 1,300 square metres and will be operated by RHC, a premier hospitality company with branches in the USA, the UK, and Germany.

Role Purpose

Compete representation of Elemente Hamburg to potential, former, and existing customers, acquiring, supporting, and independently executing event bookings, preparing offers, contracts, function sheets, and other correspondence, conducting tours and professional sales meetings, handling administrative and organizational tasks for event sales, and sharing responsibility for achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Competent representation of Elemente Hamburg to potential, former, and existing customers
• Acquisition, support, and independent execution of event bookings of all kinds
• Preparation of offers, contracts, function sheets, and other correspondence
• Conducting tours and professional sales meetings
• Handling administrative and organizational tasks for event sales
• Shared responsibility for achieving financial goals

Profile

• Completed training, ideally in the hotel/catering industry
• Proven professional experience in event sales
• High sense of responsibility and quality
• Reliable, meticulous, and team‑oriented work ethic
• Commitment, determination, and a strong customer‑focused approach
• Very good communication skills in German and English
