    Job Title: IT Solutions Sales Executive

    Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite for training; Remote/ Hybrid post-training)

    Type: Full-Time

    Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

    Job Summary:

    • This role is ideal for someone who wants to launch their career in IT sales, client acquisition, and consulting business development. 
    • You’ll undergo 4–8 weeks of structured training, learning about our solutions, sales strategies, and market landscape. 
    • After successful training, you’ll start engaging with clients to sell IT consulting services, identify new opportunities, and help us grow our customer base.

    What You’ll Do

    • Learn and represent BuzzClan’s service offerings in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation
    • Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking
    • Assist in building and nurturing client relationships and sales pipelines
    • Collaborate with internal solution teams to tailor proposals and presentations
    • Attend meetings, client visits, and industry events (up to 25% travel)
    • Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Recent graduate with any degree or associate's degree or some experience in sales in any field.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and social skills
    • Street smart, driven, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
    • Comfortable talking to executives and navigating complex conversations
    • Strong work ethic and a passion for building client relationships
    • Willingness to work onsite in Dallas during the training phase (hybrid possible afterward)
