    Remote Sales Development Representative Job Description

    Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (Native German) – B2B Sales (Sustainable furniture rental company, in business since 2011!)

    Earn 2500.00 USD per month fix, plus up to 1000.00 USD per month in commissions!


    Location: Remote (Germany preferred, but open to candidates across Europe)


    About Us:

    We are a fast-growing company in the furniture rental and design space, providing tailored solutions for businesses across Europe. We are now looking for a native-level German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our B2B sales in Germany.


    Role Overview:

    As our SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a client-facing, remote position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive to deliver results.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify B2B leads in the German market through research, outreach, and CRM tools.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust and customer satisfaction.
    • Quote Generation: Prepare and send quotes using our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Negotiation: Handle price and quote negotiations with prospective and existing customers.
    • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential growth channels.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

    Requirements:

    • Native-level German (spoken and written) is essential.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Germany.
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in the furniture, interior, or design industries.
    • Knowledge of SaaS or subscription-based services.
