Your responsibilities include:

• Customer acquisition in SAP & IT project business : Build your own client base in SAP & IT within the DACH region, focusing on companies seeking freelance experts for their projects.
• Developing long-term customer relationships : Gain new clients and develop them into strategic partners by recognizing project needs early and positioning RED as the preferred contact.
• Project responsibility from start to finish : Manage the entire project placement process—from needs analysis and coordination with our recruiting team to proposal submission and contract negotiation.
• Collaboration with the recruiting team : Work together to provide suitable freelance SAP and IT experts for your client projects.
• Market & trend observation : Stay updated, recognize market movements, and use this knowledge for strategic account expansion.

• Above-average earning potential through our uncapped commission model with revenue sharing (OTE in the first year approx. €50,000, in the second year €60,000-€90,000)
