    The Opportunity

    As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Intern to support our commercial team in Berlin. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how modern B2B sales works inside a purpose-driven company.

    You will support our sales team in identifying prospects, building lead lists, and reaching out to potential partners. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, ambitious, and eager to kickstart a career in sales while contributing to a company that makes a real impact.

    Tasks

    • Support outbound prospecting into consumer goods companies

    • Help build and qualify prospect lists using scraping tools and research

    • Draft and send tailored sales emails and LinkedIn messages

    • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers

    • Prospect actively on LinkedIn and engage with potential leads

    • Learn to use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and Salesforce

    • Keep CRM systems updated and support reporting on outreach performance

    • Shadow salespeople and learn how to book and qualify meetings


    Requirements

    • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar

    • Experience building prospect lists or writing sales emails

    • Awareness of GDPR and outbound compliance practices
