We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our outbound sales efforts. This role is 100% remote but requires working 8 hours per day in the U.S. time zone (Pacific Time or a couple of hours before PT).
If you’re a motivated, fluent English speaker with proven experience in sales and cold calling, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Make high-volume cold calls daily to targeted prospects in the U.S.
Engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and pipeline updates in our CRM.
Understand and effectively communicate the value of our product to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts, strategies, and overall performance.
Requirements:
Fluent English with excellent communication and listening skills.
Proven experience in sales or cold calling, preferably for U.S.-based clients.
Ability to work a full 8-hour shift in Pacific Time (or close to it).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRMs like Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus but not required.
