The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, you will reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the company’s global workforce solutions and arrange virtual meetings for the Account Executive team. This is a fast‑moving role that rewards initiative, clear communication, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for potential clients in the UK and Ireland
  • Reach out consistently through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Identify client needs and align them with suitable global hiring solutions
  • Generate interest, qualify leads, and guide prospects towards online product walkthroughs
  • Book demos for Account Executives and support a smooth handover process
  • Meet and surpass activity, pipeline, and conversion targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Native‑level English proficiency
  • Minimum one year of experience in a remote B2B Sales Development or Business Development role
  • Proven success in outbound sales with daily cold‑calling and lead qualification activity
  • Goal‑driven mindset, comfortable with targets, KPIs, and quota‑based environments
  • A self‑starter who communicates confidently and learns quickly
  • Based within approximately two hours of the Central European Time zone

Desirable Experience

Knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) or global hiring solutions

What You Can Expect

Competitive on‑target earnings between €40,000 and €55,000, adjusted according to your location, with a 70/30 base and bonus split; the bonus is uncapped
