    Your mission:
    As our Sales Development Representative (f/m/x), you’ll not only open doors with fashion and retail brands, but also guide them through the full sales funnel – from first outreach to closing deals. Your creativity, persistence, and communication skills will directly shape how brands experience SAIZ from day one.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Build a sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, Apollo, calls)
    • Research and target high-potential brands in our ICP
    • Run intro calls, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships through the funnel
    • Drive opportunities through to signed contracts, supported by founders and senior sales
    • Keep our sales pipeline up to date in HubSpot
    • Share insights to improve messaging, campaigns, ICP strategy, and product development

    What we are looking for:
    • 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or a similar fast-paced role
    • Drive to own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing
    • Full professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
    • Resilient, goal-driven, and disciplined in managing pipeline and CRM
    • Experience with multi-channel campaigns and tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a strong plus
    • Bonus: exposure to fashion tech, e-commerce, or retail SaaS
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, or team gatherings
