We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and support our client in the US-based real estate industry. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying key prospects, initiating outreach, and nurturing leads to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach and cold emailing to target clients in the U.S. real estate industry.
• Promote our photography and videography services for real estate, vacation rentals, and other livable/floatable assets.
• Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage and build a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Overcome objections and convert prospects, even when they already work with another provider.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with the opportunity to scale earnings through commissions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to engage with potential clients effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on detail.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and an ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients through impactful conversations.
• A passion for real estate and the desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
