    Sales Director, DACH

    Opportunity with a global AI software leader generating over $1B in annual revenue. The role offers remote flexibility in Germany with hybrid options at local offices.

    We’re hiring for two Sales leadership positions:
    1. Key Accounts: Lead and grow an enterprise sales team which manage Existing Key Accounts
    2. New Business: Build and scale a high-performing new logo sales team.

    Each team has 5–8 sellers and is set to expand further.

    We’re seeking leaders with:

    • Extensive Enterprise software sales experience
    • A proven record building and managing successful sales teams
    • Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, or Services

    Salary: €280,000 – €340,000 OTE (50:50 split) Uncapped with Accelerators + Benefits + Car
