Role Description

  • Build and expand a network of relationships with international OEMs, fostering a robust ecosystem spanning commercial, product, and technology domains.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships within the client portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, key business drivers, and organizational structures to provide strategic application knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities, marshaling appropriate resources to coordinate the design of tailored solutions. Influence the customer's decision-making process by articulating and delivering powerful value propositions, while effectively managing the expectations of both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive the sales process from opportunity to completion, ensuring successful commercial closure of all orders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the automotive electronics sector.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement. Possesses the ability to handle unforeseen events decisively and demonstrate rapid, sound decision-making skills.
  • Capable of delivering compelling presentations in both small and large group environments.
  • Willingness and ability to be stationed primarily based in key European regions such as France and Germany.
  • Candidates with established international business relationships or a proven track record of successful overseas projects are preferred.
