Sales Director (m/f/d) – Construction Machinery in UK

For our team in Krefeld we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) – Construction Machinery in UK , including excavators, AWP, wheel loaders, cranes, and pavers. You will be a core role to search for potential clients and provide professional technical instruction and services. And you will be backed up by all the other members of the team.

Tasks

• To establish a dealer network of construction machinery in the UK, carry out sales and promotions, and reach monthly and annual sales targets.
• To keep good coordination with dealers, give them guidance and support in their sales, marketing, and service. To coordinate with the technical team to provide training for dealers and customers.
• Keeping a direct connection with key clients and major rental companies.
• Providing periodic market reports covering up-to‑time market information, channel development analysis, sales analysis, customer feedback, and product promotion suggestions, etc.

Profiles

• At least 3 years working experience in construction machinery industry, especially Construction Machinery in UK market.
• Professional communication and business negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills and organizational coordination ability.
• Excellent ability to acquire new customers.
• Appreciation for cultural differences and diversity.
• Very good English, other European language skills preferred.
• Outstanding skills in MS‑Office.
• Willingness to travel widely through UK, occasionally worldwide.
• Driving license is a plus.
