Position of the role in Visualfabriq
The role reports into the Chief Revenue Officer and position holder is part of the Sales & Marketing Team.
As the Sales Director for the US market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships to achieve our sales goals. Leveraging your deep knowledge of the SaaS landscape and proven track record in sales leadership, you will work with a high-performing sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional results.
Result expectation in terms of result areas and core activities
Position holder is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in assigned territory and accounts. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets of Visualfabriq.
Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understanding customer business needs, objectives and decision making process.
Main objectives of the role
Craft and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at capturing the US market, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing license revenue growth.
Partner closely with senior leadership to establish clear sales strategies.
Own the sales cycle from introduction meeting to contract closure and all interim steps.
Developing new business and effectively communicate the value proposition through lead generation, pipeline management, responding to requests, meetings, presentations and proposals, demos and events.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives and decision making process.
Closely collaborate with the Visualfabriq consulting partner network
Understand CPG category-specific landscapes and trends.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
