What You'll Do:

Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases, ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Engage directly with clients, especially large enterprises, to build trust and credibility by demonstrating deep technical knowledge.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay updated on the latest product developments and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Address complex technical issues that arise during sales and deployment, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales and deployment processes.

You Should Apply If:

You have a strong technical background with experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
You have proven experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably within the tech industry.
You have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams.
You have a self-starter mindset, meaning you can proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them without being told to do so.
