We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Prisma Access GTM team. This role reports to our regional GTM leader and offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual eager to grow within a fast-expanding, international environment. 
Your Impact   
This role requires a candidate with strong technical and sales experience who proactively drives results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, flexible, maintains high integrity, and is action- and goal-oriented in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. 
- Deep expertise in:  
 - Networking and Network Security (firewalls, proxies, etc.) 
 - Host Protection (EDR/EPP) 
 - Identity Management 
 - Data Leakage Prevention 
  
Technical Skills:  Solid background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 
Additional Skills:  Excellent presentation and creative skills. 
Your Experience   
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (Level 1) or 6 years (Level 2). 
 - Proven track record in selling complex cybersecurity enterprise solutions. 
 - Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and success. 
 - Develop customer success stories and case studies. 
 - Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to meet customer requirements. 
 - Results-driven with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. 
 - Perform initial support and triage for technical issues, documenting problems thoroughly. 
 - Proficient in reporting, Salesforce, and data-driven decision-making. 
 - Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach. 
 - Willingness to travel extensively. 
 - Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. 
 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with quantitative skills. 
  
Job Responsibilities   
- Technical Support:  Provide expert support, resolve issues, and assist with product usage inquiries. 
 - Pre-Sales & PoC:  Identify client needs, deliver technical presentations, demos, and manage proof-of-concept projects. 
 - Build strong technical relationships with clients and communicate feedback to internal teams. 
 - Product Knowledge & Training:  Maintain expertise and train customers and staff. 
 - Project Management:  Ensure successful implementation and configuration of solutions.
