    The Role

    We are seeking a technically astute, client-focused Sales Engineer to support commercial growth across Europe. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with deep expertise in asset lifecycle management solutions to engage directly with customers, advise on complex technical challenges, and strengthen the company’s position in new markets.
    You will combine technical know-how with commercial acumen - delivering high-quality demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts, while working closely with the sales team to craft tailored proposals. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with both technical and executive leaders at client organizations to drive operational efficiency, reliability, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as technical advisor and solution expert throughout the sales cycle
    • Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to clients
    • Translate customer requirements into tailored solution proposals
    • Collaborate with sales on technical strategy, RFP responses, and proposals
    • Advise clients on best practices in APM, EAM, and operational efficiency
    • Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and conferences across Europe

    Key Qualifications

    • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or Sales Engineer roles within asset-intensive industries
    • Strong knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or related OT solutions (e.g., Power System Relay Protection)
    • Confident in presenting complex solutions to both executives and technical stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable with hybrid working and travel across Europe
    • Fluent in German and English (native-level German required)
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred
    • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by a high-growth international environment
