Your tasks

In our Parking Garages division, you are the first point of contact for your construction partners and clients from acquisition to final handover

• Your responsibility lies in the successful development and implementation of the project and ensuring project profitability
• Your tasks include: project acquisition, quotation preparation, project management, project control and cooperation with the technical teams during the implementation phase

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineer with a focus on structural engineering and have already gained successful experience (approx. 3 to 8 years) in sales and / or project management in the construction sector
• You are ambitious, goal-oriented, and love new challenges. In addition to technical understanding, you also have a commercial mindset and a high level of perseverance for the task.
• You have high quality standards and pay the necessary attention to details
• You are team-oriented and love building long-term relationships with your customers and colleagues
• You are fluent in German and English; any additional language is an advantage
