    Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drone technical integration (2–3 years) combined with a proven track record in B2B sales (2–3 years), preferably with military or defense industry exposure.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the technical and commercial interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
    • Support customers in integrating drone and flying object technologies into their operational environments.
    • Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and system trials.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with defense, governmental, and enterprise clients.
    • Prepare technical proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support strategic growth.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, military events, and industry conferences.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • BS in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics, or related field (MS is a plus).
    • 2–3 years of technical experience in drone systems integration, UAV operations, or similar. (Nice to have)
    • 2–3 years of sales experience in B2B environments, ideally with defense or aerospace clients. (A must)
    • Military or defense industry background highly preferred.
    • Strong integration technical knowledge of UAV systems, payloads, sensors, propulsion systems and communication protocols. (Nice to have)
    • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with dealing with export control and compliance.

    • Exceptional cross-cultural communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Language Requirements:

    This role requires strong communication and intercultural skills, with fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, Polish, and English. English is mandatory at level C1 minimum.


    Location: Remote, Poland or Germany (Preferred)
