Sales Engineer – DACH | High-Performance Motion Control

Do you have a passion for high-tech automation, precision engineering, and helping customers solve complex technical challenges?

We’re partnering with a global leader in advanced motion control systems used in industries like semiconductors, laser processing, photonics, and electronics assembly. With strong brand recognition and a history of innovation, this business designs and delivers ultra-precise multi-axis motion controllers and drive systems trusted by OEMs and machine builders worldwide.

As part of their continued expansion in Europe, they are looking for a Sales Engineer based in Germany to drive growth across the DACH region.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop new business and open doors across the DACH region, focusing on OEMs and system integrators.
  • Act as a trusted advisor – working closely with engineering teams and customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support existing accounts while dedicating most of your time to new business generation (~75%).
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, Israel, and the US.
  • Attend key trade shows and events to build pipeline and brand visibility.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within automation, motion control, or high-tech equipment.
  • Strong understanding of motion control systems (e.g. servo drives, controllers, automation platforms).
  • Based in Southern Germany and open to travel.
  • Engineering degree (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation).
  • Fluent in German and English.
