What’s the Job All About?

This isn’t a typical sales role. You’ll drive real change by partnering with engineers, researchers, and industrial innovators as our Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager.

Your Mission

• Identify and pursue leads in Germany and the broader DACH region across energy, mobility, and automation sectors.
• Present real-time simulation technology and deliver demos that illustrate value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
• Build and grow partnerships with universities, research institutions, and major industry players.
• Collaborate with R&D and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions for customers.

Who Are We Looking For?

You thrive on challenges, love technology and people, and enjoy hands-on work.

Must-haves

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computational Engineering, or similar.
• 2+ years in technical sales, business development, or application engineering; simulation or embedded systems knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent German and English; French is a nice-to-have.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to translate complex tech into real-world value.
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable in flexible work environments.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe (up to 25%).
