Overview

As a sales engineer, you will sell structural analysis software that makes users to really enjoy structural analysis. You are the point of contact for prospective customers and accompany them from the initial consultation to the preparation of suitable offers and the successful implementation of our solutions. At the same time, you maintain existing customer relationships and expand them further. You inform our customers about new products, events, and promotions via telephone, email, and online meetings, and your sales contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
  • Ideally, you already have experience in technical sales and enjoy communicating with other people
  • You have strong communication skills, a confident manner, and can express yourself clearly and concisely in conversations
  • You are success-oriented, committed, and eager to learn
  • You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken

Your Contribution to Success

  • Become a partner for our customers: As a sales engineer, you will provide potential new customers with comprehensive advice on our structural analysis software solutions, convince them of their advantages, and win them over as customers. To do this, you will analyze the specific requirements of customers and work with them to develop individual solutions via various channels such as telephone, email, or online meetings (no external sales).
  • Successful offer management: In order to not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations, as a structural engineer you will be responsible for creating customized offers and following up on them. You will also conduct important negotiations to find the best solutions for both sides.
  • Structure and maintain your customer base: Over time, you will build up your own customer base and retain them for the long term. Become an important point of contact for your customers and keep them regularly informed about new products, events, and promotions.
  • Your path to becoming a sales professional: Benefit from numerous lead sources and work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling). You will have access to professional telephone scripts and weekly best practice sessions with the entire sales team to coach each other.
