As a structural engineer, you sell structural analysis software that makes people enjoy structural analysis. As the first point of contact for interested parties, you will provide support from the initial consultation to creating suitable offers and successfully implementing our solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Your role includes informing customers about new products, events, and promotions via phone, email, and online meetings, contributing to the sustainable growth of our company.

That’s You

  • You hold a degree in structural engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering (construction).
  • Ideally, you have experience in technical sales and enjoy communicating with others.
  • You possess strong rhetorical skills, a confident manner, and can communicate clearly and concisely.
  • You are success-oriented, committed, and eager to learn.
  • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.

Your Contribution to Success

  • Become a partner for our customers: Provide potential new customers with comprehensive advice on our software solutions, convince them of their advantages, and win them over as customers. Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions via phone, email, or online meetings (no external sales).
  • Successful offer management: Create customized offers and follow up to exceed customer expectations. Conduct negotiations to find the best solutions for both sides.
  • Build and maintain your customer base: Develop your own customer relationships and keep them informed about new products, events, and promotions.
  • Path to becoming a sales professional: Work with warm leads, access professional scripts, and participate in weekly coaching sessions with the sales team.
