As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) with a passion for automotive applications , taking responsibility for our valued customers in Poland.

Your contribution

• Acting as the 1st contact person for all customer-related requirements and build relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
• Identifying business opportunities and converting them into successful sales through technical support
• Preparing and successfully conducting customer negotiations together with internal stakeholders
• Defining success factors independently and working closely with the relevant specialist departments
• Drawing up the sales strategy in cooperation with Sales Management and ensuring day-to-day business aligns with it

What makes you stand out

• Completed degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering or a combined electronics and economics degree
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of technical products and knowledge of market and sales strategies
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as strong communication skills in a national and international environment
• Intercultural competence
• Business fluent Polish and English and good knowledge of German
• Confident use of common MS Office programs and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel
