Responsibilities

  • Representing client by greeting customers, explaining our products and financing options, and guiding them through timelines and expectations.
  • Achieve your sales goals to achieve conversion targets while delivering first-class
  • To ensure patient care so that every customer is delighted with the start of their treatment.
  • Meeting or exceeding your monthly KPIs.
  • Addressing patient concerns or problems in collaboration with the clinic or head office teams as needed.
  • Building genuine relationships with customers to build trust.
  • Timely and professional responses to calls and emails.
  • Following up on prospects and maintaining a pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Stay self-motivated with a hunger for success. Never settle for anything less than "Impressive"!

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Confidently present products and accurately answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Bilingual German/English skills.
