    Sales Executive Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to help us connect with clients in Germany who want to relocate to Dubai or set up a business here.

    At Dubaicatch, we handle the entire setup process—from business licensing and visa processing to banking, real estate, and lifestyle integration. Your role will be simple but high-impact: find qualified leads, close deals, and hand them over to us to deliver the full setup.

    We will train you on Dubai’s business setup process, provide all the tools and knowledge you need, and offer both a competitive base salary and generous commission per successful lead closed.


    What You’ll Do
    • Identify, target, and engage high-quality prospects in the German market (entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals).
    • Build relationships and trust with potential clients through calls, messages, and online outreach.
    • Understand their goals and present Dubaicatch as the clear solution for their move or business setup.
    • Manage the sales process from first contact to closed deal.
    • Hand off clients to our operations team, who will handle the entire setup process in Dubai.
    • Keep up-to-date with Dubai market trends to confidently address client questions.

    What We’re Looking For
    • Germany-based candidates only (must reside in Germany).

    • Comfortable with outreach via social media, calls, and networking.
    • Experience selling to high-value clients is a plus.
    • Interest in international business, relocation, or Dubai’s lifestyle advantages.
