We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced sales funnel consultant to help us improve our end-to-end process. Our funnel currently runs:

Paid Ads → Application Form → Booked Calls → Sales Conversion




Our Goals

• Increase call show-up rate (reduce no-shows)
• Improve conversion rate from booked calls to sales
• Align messaging between ads, application, and sales calls



What We Need

(one-time project, fixed budget $500):

• Full funnel audit (ads, application, booking process, call scripts, follow-up sequences)
• A clear, actionable report of what’s working vs. what’s not
• Specific improvements: scripts, templates, or processes we can immediately implement
• One test round to prove results (e.g., new reminder sequence, ad copy tweaks, etc.)



Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record optimizing high-ticket or call-based sales funnels
• Experience reducing no-show rates with practical tactics (SMS/email reminders, pre-call nurture, booking window optimization, etc.)
• Strong communication — able to provide both strategic insights and practical scripts/templates
• Can deliver results within a one-time consultation (not ongoing coaching)
