As an ambitous and experienced Cold Caller & Sales Professional, you are the human lever that secures revenue: You contact Indian business owners in Europe, quickly qualify their needs – and then either connect them with our sales specialists or, ideally, close the deal yourself.
Our product is simple to explain, easy to demonstrate, and delivers immediate customer value. Success comes down to one thing: your ability to master sales techniques and drive conversations to results.

💼 Your Responsibilities
First contact by phone with pre-qualified business owners in Europe
Short, precise needs assessment (5–10 minutes)
Either hand over to our sales specialists or close the deal yourself
Maintain clean call documentation in the CRM (lean & simple)
Work independently and with ownership for your pipeline

🎯 What You Bring
At least 5 years of proven sales experience (cold calling, telesales, or B2B)
Strong closing skills and the ability to create urgency on the phone
Ideally, industry knowledge in gastronomy, automotive, or related fields
Native or fluent in Indian plus confident English
Professional, trustworthy phone presence
Independent, results-driven mindset with strong sales drive
Stable setup (laptop, headset, internet) – we provide all tech tools, CRM, and scripts

Above-average commissions – reflecting the independence of the role
Up to €760 per qualified appointment that leads to a deal
Even higher earnings if you close deals yourself
Additional commissions from upselling & cross-selling
