As Sales Leader DACH, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across the region, managing key distribution and end-user relationships, and leading a small but growing commercial team. The position requires fluency in German and a strong command of the English language. You can live anywhere in Germany and must be ready to travel up to 70% of the time within the DACH region.

Fieldpiece is a family-owned, US based business that has been providing HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more since 1990. Main Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Build and expand our network of distributors, wholesalers, and end users.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team (initially 3-4 direct reports, with potential to grow), providing structured feedback and clear direction.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Balance long-term market growth strategy with daily sales targets and results.
  • Customer Engagement: Visit customers regularly, represent Fieldpiece at trade shows and industry events, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional plans.
  • Operational Setup: Contribute to the setup and streamlining of operational processes as we grow our footprint in the DACH region.

What skills are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of B2B / distributor sales experience in industrial goods, preferably in HVACR products or tools.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a structured sales process environment, including the use of a CRM system.
  • Fluent German speaker with a strong command of English.
  • Based in Germany and willing to travel frequently (up to 70%) within the DACH region.
  • Team player and analytical. Able to make decisions in uncertain situations.
  • You’re structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
