About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence. In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and expand client relationships identifying new opportunities for products and solutions.
  • Partner with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
  • Prepare documentation for bids and tenders ensuring competitive proposals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Relevant experience and contacts in power AMI distribution products water meters gas meters or communication modules.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong results orientation and proven ability to deliver on sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for international business.
