    Who we are looking for: We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Sales Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
    • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions that address their business challenges.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and feedback loops.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
