Your Role

We are seeking a GSN Transformation & Training Project Leader for an international sales role. After a two-month induction at our HQ in Cesena, you will work with top management to deploy the Technogym Sales Process, analyze data, and deliver training. Your goal is to develop the best sales organization in our industry.

This role offers a fast-paced environment, skill development, cultural exposure, and opportunities for growth. You will also take on new responsibilities, influence your career path, and help us exceed expectations.

Your Impact

  • Engage the local sales team with the Technogym Sales Process
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Implement and manage the CRM system
  • Map processes, identify gaps, and execute recovery plans
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and drive business improvements
  • Coordinate training sessions on sales and financial solutions
  • Ensure financial services targets are met
  • Conduct shadowing visits for feedback and improvement
  • Participate in global sales reviews and interactions
  • Continuously measure performance and implement improvements

About You

You are passionate about fitness, proactive, ethical, energetic, and curious. You focus on results, accountability, and excellence.

Bring the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in multinational companies or consulting
  • Sales experience or knowledge of sales processes
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Analytical mindset and data skills
  • Passion for wellness and fitness
  • Transparency, teamwork, and eagerness to grow
