We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Developer to play a key role in the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. As a central member of our development team, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on our Automotive Cloud implementation. You will work independently on complex projects, collaborate with architects on large-scale solutions, and translate business needs into robust, scalable technology. The position is permanent and full time with at least 8 days a month mobile office.

• Designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implementing and optimizing complex business logic using a combination of Salesforce Flow and custom Apex code.
• Designing and building scalable data models and managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Taking an active role in technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborating directly with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document technical requirements.
• Owning the troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Enforcing Salesforce platform best practices, security standards, and modern coding conventions.
• Managing version control using Git and supporting CI/CD pipeline activities to ensure smooth deployments.

• 3-5 years of professional Salesforce development experience. A background in the automotive industry is highly valued.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud or core Cloud is mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in programmatic development: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes, identify patterns, and propose effective, data-driven technical solutions.
• Adept at gathering, documenting, and managing technical requirements, and maintaining clear documentation for all processes and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Languages: Business proficiency in spoken and written English, knowledge of German or Korean is a plus.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and/or Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications.
• Experience with deployment automation tools like Jenkins or Gitlab Runners.
• Familiarity with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A high-level technical understanding of databases and system interface design.
