Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable trainer to provide comprehensive training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on Growth and Advanced modules for segmentations and activations. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging sessions that empower our team to utilize these features effectively. Experience with real-world applications and best practices in Marketing Cloud is essential. Please share your approach to training and examples of previous sessions conducted. Your expertise will help us maximize our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


Key Challenges


• We have already setup Marketing Cloud Next using Salesforce Foundations
• Marketing App is already there and we can create Campaigns and Campaign Flows
• We are now struggeling to use our Campaign Members as the Segment as not all campaign Members seem to be available in Data Cloud
• We dont understand how to change Data Streams to run in real time, and what needs to be done


Specific Requirements

For everything else like creating and sending emails etc. we DONT need help. We need an expert that understand the core setup of data exchange between salesforce Objects and data cloud.
