Your tasks as Salesforce Training Specialist (m/f/x)

As a Salesforce Training Specialist (m/f/x), you will actively shape the further development of our consultants. You will develop training content around Salesforce, project management and consulting skills, lead trainings and accompany juniors as they enter their role. You will work closely with internal specialists and be a driving force in the continuous development of our enablement formats.

This is how you can help us with legal issues:

Develop trainings for various Salesforce clouds and topics in collaboration with internal specialists

Communicate consulting and project management skills

Conduct internal and external training sessions - remotely or on-site

Organize training formats and work on their continuous development

Support consultants in their career planning and develop individual learning paths

Take over the training and support of junior consultants

What you should bring with you:

2-3 years practical experience in consulting or project business

Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and in the implementation of Salesforce

Ideally Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud)

Strong motivation to pass on knowledge and accompany learning processes

Ability to inspire others for technical topics

Hands-on mentality, team spirit and mentoring skills
